However, we realize that you may not need all the additional bells and whistles that we provide, but you still want an inspection by an experienced certified inspector. We have good news. All of our inspections start with us doing an outstanding home inspection for all of our clients. The price difference is based on the level of service you require.

Regardless of the package you desire, your inspection will be conducted by a Certified, Experienced, and Educated home inspector.

Bare Bones

 

We came up with this package to satisfy the customer that is only interested in a low priced inspection. You get the minimum required standards of practice as specified by InterNACHI. This package is for the person that is on a limited budget and doesn't care about thoroughness, further investigation or other benefits you would get with one of our other packages. Use the chart below to compare the various inspection packages. Certain limitations apply.

General Home Inspection:
This package is for the customer that is concerned about protecting their home purchase with a quality home inspection. You will get more value in this inspection. We frequently offer super special prices on other services we provide. You will get a detailed inspection report with photos and videos. Use the chart below to compare how much more you get from this package.
Grand Home Inspection:
The package is the same as the General Home Inspection but also includes Radon, Sewer Inspection. These are the services that home buyers request most frequently.

Explanation of Services

Online Report: The report is hosted online, password protected

InterNACHI Standards of Practice: The InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors regulate the inspection standards.

Limited Liability: The inspector's liability is limited according to the explanation in the inspection agreement for each inspection package.

ADT Security: ADT Security has partnered with our company and are offering Free installation or Free activation of their security system

90 Day Home Warranty: A free 90 Day Home Warranty is available for the home we inspect for you.

Photos: Photos accompany the defects listed in the report. This helps to clarify and identify the location of the defect.

Videos: We include videos in the report where words just can't explain. Videos are used for instructional tutorials that pertain to your house.

Investigative Inspection: This is beyond the Standards of Practice. We will investigate the cause of certain problems to better advise you of the proper action to take.

Home Owners Manual: Over 80 pages of information on how to keep your house in tip top condition and recognize problems as they appear.

200% Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service during the inspection we will pay for another company of your choice to inspect the house.

Lifetime Consultation: Unlike most inspectors we are here to help our clients long after the inspection.

 

Optional Services

Energy Inspection: We gather valuable information about the house and enter this information into the Department of Energy's database. The report will tell you the estimated operating cost of the house, what needs to be upgraded, the cost of upgrades and the annual savings after upgrades. You also get 2 free energy guides.

Sewer Inspection: A video inspection of the sewer pipe. This has saved many home buyers from making a very costly mistake.

Radon Test: A 48 hour air sample to determine the level of radon in the house. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer.

Mold Survey: Usually involves air or physical mold samples that a lab will evaluate to determine the type of mold.

Thermal Imaging: Infrared photography reads temperatures. Trained inspectors can locate water leaks, missing insulation and more.

METH Test: A sample taken of surfaces that will determine if the house has been used as a METH Lab.

Winterized Test: Homes with the water turned off can have the water pipes tested with air presser without having the water tuned back on. This can save the buyer the charge of having the water turned on and then off after the inspection.

Well Test: A flow rate, pressure, and recovery test.

Portability Test: A water sample is taken and a lab determines if the water is safe to drink

Extra Buildings: Additional buildings on the property that you want to be inspected during the home inspection.

1 yr Home Warranty: Many components of the house that was inspected by our company will be covered under this warranty if you purchase the warranty.
