We (Jeff and Elizabeth, re: 28380 E. 162 CT) took your advice and had the septic line video scoped. Turns out the previous owner's "water feature" (10 tons of rock) crushed the septic line. Estimate $7000 to repair.

I feel I got more than my money's worth with your inspection!!

 

Phil is the BEST Inspector around.  He inspected a house for us and found some "deal breaking" issuse- like enough mold to call in the EPA-  We would never have been able to see it.  It was the best money we have ever spent.  We then hired him again to inspect the home we hope to raise our two boys in safely. We will be hiring him again soon for the inspection of my mom's house and another friend's house. Thank you so much Phil!
