Phil was excellent as a home inspector.  I followed him eveywhere and he answered all my questions patiently and clearly, providing perspective and opinion on seriousness and remediation, and where to go for additional expert advice where necessary.  His report was equally clear and detailed, and was provided less than a day after the inspection.  He even contacted me a few days after the inspection with another idea about a possible root cause of a damp problem, "because it had been bugging him".  Very professional, very thorough, and very pleasant - a great inspector.

Phil was easy to work with and kept my wife and myself informed on the home we planned to purchase. He pointed out things in the house, and luckily not much missed his eye, and very minor things were found inside the home that needed attention. He also did thermal imaging, which pointed out where weather-stripping was needed to stop the lose of energy from inside. Phil Gage is an exceptional real estate inspector. We had the opportunity to use Phil's expertise twice in two months. Phil is the BEST inspector in Denver metro. We wish we could give him more then 5 stars!!!! Great communication, put up with all of our questions. Took pictures with his digital camera, loaded them onto his tablet PC, had a report finished, printed and emailed at the end of the inspection. Great pricing, great guy, great company.
