Certified Pre-Purchase Home Inspection?

A Certified Pre-Purchase Home Inspection is an inspection designed to help sell the house by elimination any surprises that usually arise from a buyer's inspection.  The seller has an advantage with a Pre-Purchase inspection because the inspector is working on the seller's behalf not the buyers. The inspection report then becomes an asset rather than a hindrance.  (About 50% of the sales fall through because of the buyer's inspection.)  This inspection will give the seller a list of things that should be repaired to help it sell. Now that the seller knows ahead of time what the issues are, the seller can save money by get the best estimates of companies for the repairs. When the repairs are completed, the seller can list their home for more money. In addition, the home usually sells 30 days faster and with a lot less hassle.
