Don't be a Victim

Here's my real life experience.

A potential customer called and inquired about my inspection services. We discussed price and set up the inspection date. I informed him to be prepared to spend 2 to 3 hours with me inspecting the home. A day before the scheduled inspection I called the customer to confirm the appointment. I was told that he already had it inspected. (They never bothered to cancel) I was told that he found another inspector that did it for $100.00 less than my quote. The inspector spent about 1 hour gave them a hand written report that didn't do much more than verify the address, took their money and was on to the next inspection. They spent a lot of money for what they didn't get. Needless to say, They weren't happy with the inspection and found numerous things wrong including mold after moving in. I guess it's true what "they" say, You Get What You Pay For.

HONESTY: I give an objective honest report of the homes I inspect. Honesty in working only for you, the buyer.  Some inspectors "hold back" information that may "Kill the deal" for fear the realtor won't refer them again,......Not Me. 

My allegiance is to my client with their best interest in mind. If a real-estate agent  refers us, it is because they also share the same ethics as I do and have their clients best interest in mind. I won't work with unethical realtors.
